Make HubSpot outbound actually land in the inbox.
HubSpot is excellent at contacts, pipelines, sequences, and follow-up. Where teams struggle is deliverability once volume rises. GlowBox sits under HubSpot via SMTP so your emails route through the healthiest mailbox and stay out of spam.
HubSpot isn't the problem—deliverability is.
HubSpot is one of the best platforms ever built for managing sales and marketing workflows. It brings order to chaos. Contacts, pipelines, sequences, follow-ups, attribution — all of it lives in one place. For most growing teams, HubSpot quickly becomes the nervous system of the business.
Outbound starts working. Funnels get layered on. More sequences go live. More reps get added. And quietly, almost imperceptibly at first, emails start landing in spam. Open rates dip. Replies slow down. Someone mentions that Gmail isn't liking your messages anymore. A domain gets flagged. The word "blacklist" comes up in a meeting, and suddenly email feels fragile instead of reliable.
Why use GlowBox with HubSpot?
Teams rarely outgrow HubSpot; they outgrow default sending. HubSpot orchestrates sequences and reporting. GlowBox is the delivery layer that keeps outbound healthy.
- Mailbox warmup
- Reputation scoring
- Send-time routing
- Throttling and limits
- Inbox placement monitoring
HubSpot stays the system of record. GlowBox becomes the delivery layer.
What changes (and what doesn't)
- Sequences, workflows, automations
- Templates and personalization
- Reporting and analytics
- Rep experience and UI
- SMTP sender is GlowBox, not HubSpot
No migrations. No retraining. No workflow rebuilds.
How GlowBox works with HubSpot
- HubSpot hands the email to GlowBox via SMTP.
- GlowBox selects the healthiest mailbox at send-time.
- GlowBox routes the email through that mailbox's provider.
- Placement and reputation are monitored automatically.
Setup (5-10 minutes)
- Create a pool in GlowBox (e.g., "HubSpot-Outbound"), add sending mailboxes, copy the pool's SMTP credentials.
- In HubSpot: Settings → Email → SMTP. Enter the GlowBox SMTP host. Username: pool name (no domain). Password: GlowBox pool secret. Encryption: TLS/STARTTLS.
- Send a test email to Gmail and Outlook inboxes you control. Confirm it appears in GlowBox and inboxes.
Recommended Configuration
- ~100 emails per day per mailbox
- Add mailboxes to increase capacity safely
- Example: 20,000 emails/month → about 7 mailboxes (20,000 ÷ (30 × 100))
You add mailboxes, GlowBox handles routing, limits, and warmup.
Sales teams running serious outbound
Multi-sequence SDR/AE outreach, steady daily volume without inbox burnout.
Founders doing founder-led sales
Simple setup, minimal overhead, safe scaling without domain damage.
Agencies managing HubSpot for clients
One pool per client, standardized deliverability, fewer support fires blamed on email.
A practical Note
"HubSpot didn't fail us. We just started asking it to do something it wasn't built to manage on its own." GlowBox removes the operational burden so reps don't stall and ops doesn't juggle manual mailbox rotation.
What GlowBox does
automatically after
setup
- New mailboxes warm up automatically
- Reputation is continuously scored
- Sending limits are enforced safely
- Inbox placement is monitored
- Spam rescues happen without user action
Nothing to babysit.
What GlowBox
does NOT do
- Does not replace HubSpot
- Does not change sequences or workflows
- Does not require mailbox pre-assignment
- Does not introduce another outbound UI
GlowBox is infrastructure under HubSpot, not another outbound UI.
